RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Rose La Biche’s concern is to have happy, satisfied and returning customers. Each purchase you make has to be a pleasant & happy experience – Rose La BIche will do its best to make sure it always is. However, in the case you experiment a problem, please contact me to let me know what's wrong - we'll work together to find a solution.
EXCHANGE POLICY :
Rose La Biche accepts exchanges if the size of your apparel doesn’t work for you. Í’d be happy to exchange it for another size or another model of the same price.
Please contact Rose La Biche *BEFORE* returning any item for exchange, *DO NOT* send back an item without previous notice – emails can be sent at orders@roselabiche.com.
Customer is responsible for returning shipping charges on both ways : Rose La Biche will have to charge a flat $6 shipping fee to the customer to send the new exchanged item (this is processed through a Paypal email payment sent to the customer before new item ships out).
Exchanges are accepted *ONLY* if item is returned in its original condition : unworn, unspoiled, unwashed. Before trying your apparel, make sure you're not wearing make-up, perfume or deodorant which may leave marks or scent on the item.
RETURN POLICY :
Rose La Biche accepts returns within 14 days after item is purchased online.
Please contact Rose La Biche *BEFORE* returning any item, *DO NOT* send back an item without previous notice – emails can be sent at orders@roselabiche.com.
Refunds are made for the full price of the item purchased – please note that shipping fees are not refunded and returning shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (for your own protection, I recommend you use a tracking mail system to avoid unhappy shipping situation).
